Where'd Adriano go ?

Internazionale striker Adriano was expected to turn up for training today (Friday) but no-one knows where he is after the plane he should have been on touched down in Milan without him.

Sportmediaset claims the flight from Brazil which brought home Maxwell, Julio Cesar and Amantino Mancini landed at Malpensa at 11am CET and the trio of Brazilians raced towards Appiano Gentile. Adriano should have been on the plane but his absence has left everyone baffled. Early reports claimed the 'Imperatore' could have been on a connecting flight from Lisbon with Ricardo Quaresma, but that hypsthesis failed to pass the test as the Brazilian wasn't on that one either. No-one really knows where Adriano is and Inter have yet to confirm whether or not they are aware of the player's movements. The race is now on for the hit-man to get himself back in time. The very latest reports suggest the striker is still in Brazil. Coach Jose Mourinho will blow his top if that's the case as all eyes are on Adriano's discipline and time keeping.
